So my brother and his girlfriend are currently in France on vacation. He proposed last night!
I have been so excited about this, he showed me the ring before he left. I haven't been able to tell anyone because it's their news. It was a HARD secret to keep!
I went to France a few years ago and told him to consider the Champs de Mars, the park in front of the Eiffel Tower. Well, they made a picnic with wine and cheese and he proposed right after the light show.
So, he does have a romantic bone in his body! Good for him!
She's really great...a genuinely good person, smart and fun. I couldn't ask for better for him and they suit each other well.

- Hi, I am Saturday's child, born two weeks too early in July. I am single, I didn't really know I was single until I turned 30. I'm told I'm tall, I don't think that tall, I'm only 5'8". I love to cook and am aspiring to get good at it. However once I've made a recipe, I usually don't make it again. I just like to try the new ones. This could make getting good at cooking difficult or easy, I'll find out. I used to be a horseback riding instructor and horse trainer aspiring to be a marketing professional in a corporate environment. I have finally found a job that I love! I don't talk about horses all the time because I like to keep a well-balanced life. I've eat, slept and breathed horses in the past. And that is how I am where I am today.
