The best Mexican food in the twin cities! I had great time last night being adventurous with dinner. We just drove until we found a place that looked good! I had Camarones Rancheros arroz de alubias y ensalada which is shrimp in their homemade ranch sauce with peppers, beans, rice and salad.
To die for good food! I took half home and ate it for breakfast!
For those in the area, they are on Highway 65, south of 694. Just take 694 to 65 south, go a few miles and look for a bright orange restaurant on the right. Hard to miss.
Family owned and operated, fresh ingredients, inexpensive and good cooking.
After dinner we went bowling. I know, bowling. Here's the thing, anything can be fun with good company.
Our first game was our "serious" game where none of us actually bowled over 100. Our second game was "bowl left-handed" or "don't use any holes" and the like. It was interesting. I threw a lot of gutter balls (per usual) and even one strike.
Ranch Horse Versatility clinic and show this weekend, will be fun!
